SURPRISE! leading line

Leading lines was our surprise trick.  The wall, steps, and hand railing lead us to katya. Her feet and body is the emphasis.

Face Portrait

The face portrait is suppose to be used as our senior pic. Very natural and happy looking. The tree makes it look natural and her smile and pose sway with it.

Artistic Portrait

Katya's artistic pic came out very dramatic but i love it. The way her body is positioned an how her hand on her four head make it seem like something is going on in her head.

Costume Portrait

this is the costume picture, which came out looking very fixed.  But the editing  to me makes it pop. Also her costume i liked because its very fancy!

contact sheet

My favorite trick was the frameing one, because i think it looks really artistic. I think i will use light in my everyday photos because it makes the picture just that much more better. The trick most difficult for me was the extreme angles because i feel like i couldnt get low enough and it was my least favorite.

Compositional Trick # 8 Fill in Flash

The flash on the cameras helped a lot with making the shadows over our faces become more clear. It helped alot in the really bright sunlight to use a flash. There are before pictures that are just to dark and you cant see them well, but the after ones with flash helped a lot.

Compositional Trick # 7 Drawing with Light

The trick of light is too get some good shades of black an white on your emphasis. As you can see the shade on my face created by my hand has done so. I like this trick because it makes the picture more dramatic which gives a deeper meaning too it.

Compopsitional Trick #6 Framing

These shots are showing frames around your emphasis. Framing helps bring out the emphasis, and leads you to it easily. Makes your eyes go straight to the person.

Compositional Trick # 5 Extreme Angles

This trick is used to make your picture seem like you have to tilt your head up or down. This picture doesn't have too much potential for an extreme angle. If it was closer up it would have put the extreme in angle.

Compositional Trick # 4 Simplicity

Using simplicity in your photos is a real simple trick. It takes away the backround of the surrounding things of the emphasis. Making the picture more explainable and neat.

Compositional Trick #2 Leading Lines

Leading lines is used to lead up too your emphasis. It almost seems like its taking you further into the pic making it standout more. It gives the picture meaning of what its leading up too.

Compositional Trick #3 Macro

The macro trick for emphasis and texture is one of my favorites. It zooms in an takes away the backround too reach your empahsis and texture of the picture. You would use this too show detail upclose that is not naturally seen.
